City of San Diego Council Committee Votes Unanimously to Begin Drafting the Ordinance to Prohibit the Sale of Cats, Dogs, and Rabbits in Retail Pet Stores!<\/p>\n<p>CAPS will begin working with other animal welfare groups, including the San Diego Humane Society, the Animal Welfare Coalition and others in a committee organized by the Public Health and Neighborhood Safety Committee.
